Refund Policy

Refund policy


Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund. You can still keep your product that you bought.

To be eligible for a full refund during the time window of 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your full refund will be issued back to you when you send us a copy of your receipt to eronicstore@gmail.com and we approve it. Once we approve your full refund, you can keep the product that you bought free of charge. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is also eligible for a full refund and you get to keep these items free of charge.


To complete your full refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item if you want a full refund, you can keep the item you bought free of charge and we will give you a full refund once you send the receipt to eronicstore@gmail.com


Refunds Part 2
Once your receipt is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full refund.
If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a full refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a full refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your full refund yet, please contact us at eronicstore@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unforunately, if we have any items on sale in the future it cannot be refunded. However, you still get to keep the product free of charge. In certain circumstances, if the item you bought for sale was damaged or missing the item that you bought then you will be refunded your money and you still get to keep the product free of charge.
